15/01/2020 – A copy of the Registration Document has been submitted to the Listing Authority and to the Institutional Financial Securities Market (IFSM) of Malta in satisfaction of the Listing Rules.
10/03/2020 – This Registration Document has been approved by the Listing Authority, as competent authority under Regulation (EU) 2017/1129.
11/03/2020 The Corporate Bond has been listed on the Malta exchange.
